CANCELLATIONS 

  • I gladly accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase for your order to be canceled and refunded.

RETURNS

  • I do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds (not including cancellations) on any items. However, under certain circumstances I may make an exception.
    If you have a return request, please contact me directly
    , & I will do my best to resolve the issue for you!

Special request: To ensure you are getting exactly what you want with your order, please look over all product information & care instructions, as well as the right mailing address being entered.

(Especially confirming all sizing is correct, unfortunately jewelry is not always one-size-fits-all)

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Jewelry Warranty: As an artist who holds her craftsmanship in high regards, & cares deeply about every piece I craft. If your item becomes damaged, please contact me so we can discuss options. Depending on the nature of the break, some repairs may have fee. 

  • I do not take responsibility if you've entered the wrong mailing address. However, if you reach out before shipment with the correct address, I will do my best to correct any errors.

  • I do not take responsibility if you purchased the wrong size. However, if you do have a sizing issue, please contact me & we can discuss options on resizing. 

  • I do not take responsibility or offer refunds on items that may become lost or stolen. 

Artist Note -  Please keep in mind that all of my jewelry is made by hand, not by machine & therefore will also look handmade <3
